Road trip #3 - Las Vegas
Fredag och det blev dags för Las Vegas!
Vi körde längs Route 66 och stannade till vid Hoover Dam innan vi körde vidare in i silverstaten. Jag var löjligt höjdrädd, men det blåste fint i håret.
När solen gick ner kom vi fram till Las Vegas och allt var precis sådär överdådigt en tänker sig. Vi åt på en buffé som hade ungefär all mat i världen, såg på en vattenshow utanför Paris och bara förundrades över hur ett sådant här ställe kan finnas mitt i öknen! Overkligt kanske är ordet som speglar staden mest, men visst kan en förstå att folk från hela världen kommer hit för att roa sig.
Road trip #3 - Las Vegas:
Friday and time for Vegas!
We drove along Route 66 and stopped at Hoover Dam before entering the Silver state. I was scared of the height, but the wind blew nicely in the hair.
The sun was setting when we reached Las Vegas and everything was just as over the top as you would expect. We ate at a buffé that had pretty much all the food in the world, saw an amazing water show outside of Paris and just wondered about how a place like this could exist in the middle of the desert! Surreal might be the word that reflects the city the most, but there is no doubt why people from all around the world come here to enjoy themselves.
